The room was a decent size with excellent facilities. The breakfast was delicious.- The hotel's location is good and stunning, in a very pleasant area surrounded by shops and restaurants.- Check-in was fast and check-out was able to be organized for a later time.- The staff team was consistently courteous and accommodating.

There were central heating, an electronic key card and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in my extremely spacious room...

the hotel was fancy, location was stunning very close to the church, good hot breakfast. the staff was very polite, pretty friendly, and everything was modern. the standard king room was updated, i felt like at home. location in the heart of the city was a plus.

This place is conveniently located in the heart of the town, and we enjoyed dining at a lovely nearby restaurant serving delicious Thai cuisine.

Breakfast was good but as" EXTRA " for 16 EURO too expensive, plus +" EXTRA " 8.50 € for TG because no parking at the house!

The place was tidy and reasonably priced. The staff at check-out was competent.- The restaurant was really nice for breakfast with savory dishes.- The view of the town and surrounding German countryside from the window was fantastic.- The location was excellent and charming, with easy access to Baldinger Tor.- The Christmas market and main market were right next door.

Room slightly shabby

This hotel in the heart of the old town offers great value for money, with good facilities and all the appropriate amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, close to everything and with a nice little restaurant nearby. The breakfast is included and offers many options, including a super meal.

No improvement needed, everything was fine.

The staff is friendly and the location is as central as it can be in town. Good breakfast buffet, a bit overpriced though.

Beware of the very attractive prices. Breakfast is often not included (15 euro/person), there is no free parking (8,5 euro/day), and wifi only available in public areas (a bit odd for a 4* hotel) and you are requested to pay additionally for wifi in your room. All these extras are not that clear when you are booking.

Boxspringbed, access to the underground garage by elevator, very good food in the restaurant at reasonable prices, also with drinks. Bartender with a lot of humor, the ladies of the reception also very friendly, we were allowed to leave our motorcycle jackets helmets and boots there until the rooms were finished.

We chose this hotel for our stop-over during a long drive, and we were delighted with our choice. The location of this place is ideal, right in the center of the old town, close to all the attractions inside the city walls. It was so convenient to explore the charming streets and visit the main market square. Plus, we had the added benefit of a secure car park nearby. The room itself was wonderful, with a fabulous shower and great water pressure. We also appreciated the helpful front desk staff who guided us to a fantastic restaurant for lunch. this hotel provided us with a comfortable and luxurious stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to families.
